The Paoletti Foundation is looking for a Team Leader for the “Face to Face” fundraising activity in the cities of: Ancona, Bari, Bergamo, Brescia, Bolzano, Catanzaro, Genova, Firenze, Foggia, Lecce, Olbia, Padova, Palermo, Reggio Calabria, Sassari, Torino, Trento, Treviso, Venezia, Verona, Vicenza.
The Patrizio Paoletti Foundation is looking for determined, charismatic people with leadership skills to become part of our staff in the role of: SUPERVISOR F2F
They will be responsible for monitoring, organizing and optimizing the work of a team of social promoters, in the direct dialogue fundraising activity, in order to reach predetermined objectives.
For the direct dialogue fundraising activity, they will be responsible for:
- Developing, supervising, supporting and coordinating one or more teams
- Organize a work plan
- Verify the work results
- Work towards objectives
- Regular report of the activity to the reference person in charge

Requirements:
- Leadership skills
- Coordination experience: it is important to have managed even small teams for a short period
