Patrizio Paoletti

Patrizio Paoletti Foundation ETS is a Philanthropic Entity (pursuant to Art. 37, c.2 of the Third Sector Code), registered in the National Single Register of the Third Sector (resolution no. G12313 of 19.09.22) and is a Research Organization registered in the MIUR Registry. It was established in 2000 by the will of Patrizio Paoletti and a group of researchers, pedagogists, psychologists, sociologists, doctors, and entrepreneurs.

To date, more than 100,000 supporters of the Foundation’s research institute and social projects have chosen to promote awareness, well-being, and peace through education, the most powerful means of change.

Since its establishment, the Foundation has emphasized in its statute the importance of global health which, in line with what was stated by the World Health Organization, “is not understood only as the absence of disease but as a state of complete physical, emotional, and psychological well-being”, a true resource throughout the entire course of our lives.

Today, for us, dealing with health does not only mean looking at the healthcare sector, but integrating it within an interdisciplinary perspective of prevention. Our goal is to contribute to better lifestyles, to the well-being and balance of the individual, to emotional and social development, allowing each person to realize their aspirations within a perspective of collective well-being.

Over the years, the Foundation, with an impact on more than 400,000 children and families and thanks to the support of over 100,000 supporters, has implemented numerous innovative initiatives in the scientific, outreach, educational, pedagogical, teaching, and social fields in favor of adults, children, and young people, making protocols, tools, techniques, and projects available for complete personal well-being.

Assisi International school has been certified by the Opera Nazionale Montessori (O.N.M.). The school is enrolled in the register of “Scholastic Institutions operating according to the Montessori method” and has stipulated an agreement with the O.N.M. for consultancy in regards to the preparation of the premises, the organization of the environment, the choice of furnishings and materials, and didactic-methodological support to educators for the correct application of Maria Montessori’s educational principles.
