Global health objectives pay particular attention to the educational emergency of adolescence, exacerbated by health, geopolitical, social, and environmental crises. Adolescence is a phase of life naturally characterized by sensitivity and instability, caused by the physical and hormonal changes of puberty. Strong emotional fluctuations are frequent, as are insecurities, due to an identity that is still being defined. In this time of transition, it is essential to educate young people in emotional intelligence, awareness, and self-regulation. At the same time, it is essential to strengthen the resources of adolescence with projects that enhance the thoughts, ideas, and emotions of young people, giving them voice and value.
