First and foremost the program creates the conditions needed for children’s literacy, to cultivate children’s wellbeing and to abate school dropout. In partnership with local institutions the school buildings are restored and the children are guaranteed health and food assistance. But the strong point of the program, which has a long term vision, is the training of educators. Thanks to the research work the educational personnel that enters the program is provided with specific pedagogical training, using the pedagogy for the third millennium.
