Aiutaci a realizzare il Centro per la Salute Globale
For 25 years, Fondazione Patrizio Paoletti has been active in research and the promotion of global health for the well-being of the individual and the community.
A new Center for new challenges
The Global Health Center is a strategic initiative of Fondazione Patrizio Paoletti, designed to generate real and measurable impact on individual, social, and collective well-being.
On the occasion of its twenty-fifth year of activity, Fondazione Patrizio Paoletti launches a new research and intervention hub in the Umbria region: the Global Health Center (GHC).
An innovative project born from the urgency to structurally address new psycho-social vulnerabilities affecting all segments of the population today, and from the intention to translate interdisciplinary research – neuro-psychopedagogical, educational, and social – into concrete, scalable, and measurable interventions.
The Global Health Center
Global health, research, and intervention: the Foundation’s commitment is renewed
Located in Assisi, the symbolic and operational heart of an already active ecosystem, the Center is envisioned as a multidisciplinary hub for prevention, training, research, and educational innovation. Starting from childhood and adolescence, it addresses the main caregivers – families, educators, therapists, institutions – with the ambition of combining local presence with national reach, providing transformative tools to tackle the major psycho-social challenges of our time.
What will be at the Global Health Cent
National Listening Desk – Toll-Free Number
The first service of the Global Health Center is a free listening and psycho-pedagogical guidance service, accessible nationwide via a toll-free number.
Local Listening Space
Among the first interventions planned at the Global Health Center, the in-person listening space will be a hub dedicated to psycho-pedagogical support, accessible by appointment and primarily aimed at cases referred by schools, social services, and local health authorities (ASL).
Training Program for Schools
“Prefigurare il Futuro” is the flagship program of Fondazione Patrizio Paoletti for prevention, empowerment, and the promotion of educational well-being.
Parenting Education
Among the first educational initiatives of the Center, the program aimed at parents is based on FPP’s long-standing experience in family training, with the goal of strengthening the parental role in the educational relationship and preventing situations of family distress.
Educational Scientific Research — RINED Institute
Active since 2008 and based in Assisi, the Research Institute for Neuroscience, Education and Didactics (RINED) is the scientific engine of Fondazione Patrizio Paoletti. Integrated into the Global Health Center, RINED pursues a pioneering vision: exploring the mind to improve life.
Teenage Social Hub
Educational, creative, and relational space to prevent youth distress At the heart of the Global Health Center, a physical and symbolic place dedicated to adolescents, aimed at countering isolation, neglect, and social vulnerability through active participation, expression, and relationships. A free hub open to the community, where art, media, dialogue, and daily life become tools for growth and inclusion.
Room of Silence
Today, silence is seen as a protective factor for our global health and a neuro-educational and social resource of primary importance. In a time marked by overstimulation, constant exposure to digital content, social tensions, and increasing psychological distress—particularly affecting younger generations—silence represents a concrete opportunity for prevention.
