Fondazione Patrizio Paoletti is pleased to announce that the merger by incorporation process between the Association New Life for Children ETS and Fondazione Patrizio Paoletti for Development and Communication ETS is underway, an operation that marks an important step of growth and consolidation within the Third Sector landscape. The initiative stems from the desire to combine shared skills, experiences, and visions to strengthen the impact of activities in support of children, adolescents, and families, in Italy and worldwide.
Together for youth well-being
New Life for Children ETS, which has always been committed to protecting the rights of young people and promoting their well-being, will merge into Fondazione Patrizio Paoletti, an organization active in neuro-psycho-pedagogical research and the development of innovative educational projects inspired by the principle “Education is Health“.

Launch and filing with the RUNTS
From a legal point of view, the merger has been duly initiated and filed with the Single National Register of the Third Sector (RUNTS), ensuring full transparency and regulatory compliance. The merger practice is No. 2384877, Repertory number 32343, filed on 12.30.2025 in the computer system of the Single National Register of the Third Sector and registered by the Lazio Office on 01/07/2026 with protocol number 0003848.
